This AerionOS website is informational. It does not currently create user accounts or store information entered in the contact form. The contact form prepares an email in your own email application.
Information you provide
If you contact AerionOS by email or enroll in an AerionOS text messaging program, Boyer Creative, LLC may collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, communication preferences, and the content of your communications. We use this information to respond to you, provide the alerts or services you request, maintain consent and opt-out records, and operate and protect our services.
SMS and text messaging privacy
If you opt in to text messaging, we use your mobile phone number and messaging consent information only to operate the AerionOS messaging program, deliver the alerts you requested, provide support, and comply with applicable law.
We do not sell, rent, share, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in and consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers that process messages or support the program on our behalf, such as telecommunications and messaging providers, solely as necessary to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Message frequency varies based on the alerts and services you select and on relevant events; you may receive multiple messages during active or rapidly changing events. Message and data rates may apply.

Data retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining consent and opt-out records and meeting legal obligations. We may update this policy as AerionOS adds or changes forms, analytics, accounts, products, or messaging services. The updated policy will be posted here with a revised date.
