SMS text messaging program
By providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in to an AerionOS text messaging program, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Boyer Creative, LLC and AerionOS at the number you provided. Messages may include service alerts, account or product notifications, and other alerts described when you enroll. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on the alerts and services you select and on relevant events; you may receive multiple messages during active or rapidly changing events. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and getting help
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to a message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. To receive messages again, you must opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP or contact boyercreativellc@gmail.com.
Delivery and carrier terms
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed. You are responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier and for keeping your mobile number current. Not all devices, carriers, or locations may be supported.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with the text messaging program. We do not sell, rent, share, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in and consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
No warranties and limitation
The website and messaging programs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Alerts may be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, or unavailable and should not be your sole source of information when health, safety, property, or other time-sensitive decisions are involved.
Brand, content, and acceptable use
AerionOS names, branding, and original website content are owned by Boyer Creative, LLC unless otherwise stated. You may browse and share links to this website. You may not misuse the website or messaging programs, interfere with their operation, or present their content as your own.
